Vampire Diaries Season 4 Episode 19 Elijah now holds the cure. Unless Katherine is playing her (former?) boyfriend, the Original is free to dispense the humanity-giving dose to whomever he chooses. Will he honor Kat’s wishes and give it to Klaus (Joseph Morgan) or let his sister, Rebekah (Claire Holt), have the thing she’s been dreaming of? And if Elijah does hand over the cure to Klaus, does it mean he trusts Kat and wants to travel the world with her? Imagine the fanfic! Why does Elena want to go to prom? Even Rebekah (Claire Holt) gets to go! And the Original sis helps out Matt (Zach Roerig). She may be preoccupied by an offer from Elijah (Daniel Gillies).
Vampire Diaries Season 4 Episode 19 Maybe her big bro is giving her the cure? Pin on your date’s boutonniere (try not to draw blood) and get ready for some bad DJ music, because it’s prom time for the students of Mystic Falls High. Want to know what to expect from the dance to end all dances? Check out our spoiler roundup for The Vampire Diaries Season 3, Episode 19,“Pictures of You.”
The well-dressed Original is in the episode, though. Yay! Elena (Nina Dobrev) is still missing her emotions, but Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) have a plan to “fix” her.
Klaus leaves. This episode sets up events for The Originals backdoor pilot; the hybrid gets some distressing news and must make his way to New Orleans. It’s possible he postpones his trip a bit so he can help out a certain blond vampire. Speaking of… Caroline (Candice Accola) and Elena have an encounter. No tree branches this time, we hope! Basically, the emotionless vamp is getting on Car’s prom-planning nerves. Bonnie (Kat Graham) learns something frightening. What is it? No idea.
Vampire Diaries Season 4 Episode 19 The Vampire Diaries always leaves us guessing, especially now that the cure has finally been found. (Hallelujah!) We have tons of questions that we hope will be answered in Season 4, Episode 19, “Pictures of You.”
What’s Elijah going to do with the cure — and has he forgiven Katherine?
He’s got the power — and the power suits.
Elena (Nina Dobrev) has been pretty surly ever since the Salvatores decided she needed curing. Yet she shows up at prom with Stefan (Paul Wesley) on one side and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) on the other. Shouldn’t this no-emotions vamp be over wanting to attend a high school dance? It’s not like she’s Rebekah or something. Vampire Diaries Season 4 Episode 19
Is Bonnie OK?
It’s been a rough few days (weeks?) for Bonnie (Kat Graham). She has been brainwashed by Silas, got amnesia, was nearly killed by a coven, and had to find out twice that Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) died. We didn’t get any answer about her mental state in the last episode, but she shows up at prom all decked out. Guess she’s taking all that pretty well?
Does Elijah know about Kol?
Vampire Diaries Season 4 Episode 19 Elijah and Elena had a little heart-to-heart about dead brothers in Pennsylvania. It seemed odd that the Original expressed sympathy over Jeremy when Elena was so instrumental in Kol’s (Nathaniel Buzolic) death — and that was before the whole “no humanity” thing. Is Elijah just that restrained and polite, or will he lose that cool demeanor when he finds out the news?
Is Stefan really over Elena?
How does that song go? “Ya had a bad day…” Stefan threatened Damon with leaving Mystic Falls — and Elena — for good. Can he really quit her, or was he just cranky from his road trip?
If you’ve been curious about what Silas really looks like when he’s not impersonating blond teenagers and creepy professors, you’re in luck. TVLine has some Vampire Diaries spoilers indicating his face is closer than you may think.
According to the site, we’ll see “a passing glimpse of Silas’ real face” in Season 4, Episode 19, “Pictures of You.” Who invited him to Prom? And does he look like any of these guys?!
Unfortunately not. The spoiler continues, “rumor has it he looks a lot like an actor out of Atlanta named Scott Parks. However, don’t get too used to seeing Silas’ authentic self. According to sources, the erstwhile warlock will continue to do most of his dirty work in disguise.”
Vampire Diaries Season 4 Episode 19 How mysterious. Perhaps this means TVD isn’t ready to commit to an actor, because Silas will continue to wreak havoc in Season 5? Or perhaps Steven R. McQueen will find a permanent place amongst the cast once again, not as Jeremy Gilbert, but as Silas’s new favorite body to inhabit?
Either way, we’re eager to see what the ancient immortal has in store for Mystic Falls. It sounds like he’s determined to remove the veil between the living world and the Other Side, and he just may succeed.
When it comes time for the girls of Mystic Falls to forget about their vampire/werewolf/witch problems and actually enjoy a night out on the town, they’re all too eager to ditch their skinny jeans in favor of formal attire. After ogling the sneak peek photos for Vampire Diaries Season 4, Episode 19, it’s pretty clear that the girls are going all out for their last high school dance. (A $1,495 gown, Elena? Is that really necessary?)
Vampire Diaries Season 4 Episode 19 Since the prom marks the first-ever dance for a certain blonde Original, costume designer Leigh Leverett decided to keep things classic. “We don’t do a lot of color on the show,” she explained to Entertainment Weekly. “So we figured with the prom, we could at least throw a splash of color [in there]. The big, yellow, quintessential prom dress worked perfectly for [Rebekah].”
The $360 gown evokes such a princess-like effect, we couldn’t help but be reminded of a character from our childhoods. The strapless cut, form-fitting bodice, and layered skirt seem nearly identical to that of Belle’s from Beauty and the Beast. Add some opera-length gloves and a single red rose, and Rebekah’s ready for a spin around the ballroom!
Vampire Diaries Season 4 Episode 19 After making a decision that infuriates Klaus, Elijah proposes a life-changing challenge for Rebekah. Caroline finds that her carefully laid plans for the perfect Senior Prom night are disrupted by Elena, so she turns to an amused Klaus for a solution. Determined to get through to Elena, Damon and Stefan both attend the prom, but the evening begins to spiral out of control despite their efforts. When Elena suddenly lashes out in a way no one could have predicted, Matt turns to Rebekah for help. Finally, Bonnie makes a terrifying discovery, and Klaus receives a message that could change everything.
